By commissioning me, the artist, you, the client, agree that you have read and accepted all the terms listed herein

Prices listed are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. For commercial use prices, see the COMMERCIAL USE section

Please specify canvas size/dpi if needed. the default dpi is 300 and canvas sizes vary depending on the commission. If no canvas size is specified, the default size stated in the description of the commission will be used

Violating any of these terms may get you blacklisted by uwibbit, the artist, indefinitely

Payment must be made upfront

If for any reason the client would like to pay in installments, please discuss this in advance with the artist

The artist will not start the commission until at least half of the full price is received. Commissions that have not been fully paid for will be lower priority than fully paid commissions. Additionally, the client will not receive full-resolution files of the artwork until it is fully paid for

Prices will vary based on the complexity of the request, but will never be less than the listed base prices

It will generally take the artist 2-3 weeks to complete the commission depending on the request, queue, and workload

If the artist needs an extension, they will inform the client as soon as possible. If the extension is not granted, the commission will be cancelled and the client will receive a full refund

If the client has a strict deadline that is sooner than the aforementioned timeline (2-3 weeks), there will be an additional rush fee

The client's commission will be for PERSONAL, NON-PROFIT USE ONLY

Personal use includes but is not limited to: avatars, phone/computer wallpapers, personal website graphics, prints or other physical reproduction of the artwork that the client will not profit from.

If the client would like to post the artwork on social media, please post only the .jpg file with "for posting" in the name and credit the artist, uwibbit, in the post

Basically, the client is not allowed to use the artwork in ways that they will profit from, whether that profit is direct or indirect. This includes but is not limited to using the artist's work as emotes or as streaming/streaming-related graphics or assets

The terms for commercial use are listed in the next section

If the client would like to use the artist's work for commercial purposes, the client must inform the artist upfront so prices and royalties, if any, can be discussed. If the client informs the artist after sending payment, the client will still be charged an additional fee and will not receive the artwork until the fee is paid

The types of commercial requests the artist takes are limited, so some requests may not be accepted

Commercial use includes but is not limited to: use as emotes, streaming or streaming-related graphics, logos, merch or anything merch-related, etc.

Commercial rights: x1.5 multiplier of the base price. This may change depending on the nature of the request

Uwibbit, the artist, retains all copyright over the work produced, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.

If the client's commission is of an original character, the artist will give proper credit to the client for ownership of the character's design

Nothing made by the artist may be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any future inventions in the space. Additionally, the artist does NOT consent to their creations being used to train AI image generators or other related technology

The client is not allowed to claim the artist's work as their own

After the sketch check in, full refunds will not be given before the expected 3 week timeline

If the artist must cancel the commission (because the deadline cannot be met, or for any other reason), the artist will give the client a full refund

If the client cancels the commission before the deadline, only a partial refund (up to 50%) will be given if the client paid the full price upfront. If payment was done in installments, up to 25% of the amount paid will be refunded.

The following is a list of check ins the client will get in which the artist shows their progress on the commission. The times listed are just estimates and may change depending on several factors including queue and workload. These WIPs will be screenshots and not full resolution images. Small updates may also be sent in between check ins

SKETCH CHECK IN: The client will receive a sketch check in within one week of sending payment. This check in will include at least 2 sketches of poses/compositions to choose from and give feedback or suggestions for (including a specific pose/composition in the request will make this easier and faster). Sketch check ins might include two phases. If the first sketch was very rough or vague, the second check in will include a cleaned up sketch of the client's preferred pose/composition. This is the best time to let the artist know if any major revisions need to be made

LINE ART CHECK IN: About a week after the sketch check in, the client will receive a line art check in. From this point on, major revisions will incur an additional fee. Minor revisions are free

COLOR/RENDER CHECK IN: the client will receive this check in about a week after the line art check in. Depending on the request, the client may receive only a flat color check in, or a flat color and a render check in. At this point, the artwork may be considered complete by the artist, but the client may still request very minor revisions. When the client is happy with the artwork, the artist will send the client an email containing the files listed in the commission description

If the client would like the request any major revisions or additions (changing poses/characters/outfits, adding props, etc.) they must let the artist know during the sketch check-in. Major revisions that are requested afterwards will incur an additional fee and no changes will be made until that fee is paid

Minor changes or slight adjustments (small details/color changes) can be made at any check-in at no additional cost, but it will be up to the artist to decide whether a revision is minor and major

Excessive minor changes may also incur an extra fee and no changes will be made until it is paid
